History

Kanan Jarrus, originally known as Caleb Dume, was a Jedi Padawan who survived Order 66 and later became a leader in the Rebel Alliance. His lightsaber, featured in Star Wars: Rebels, was unique in that it was designed to be quickly detachable, allowing him to conceal his identity as a Jedi in an era where Force users were hunted by the Empire. This pragmatic design reflected his cautious and strategic nature as he guided the Ghost crew and trained his apprentice, Ezra Bridger.

Throughout the series, Kanan wielded this saber in numerous battles against Imperial Inquisitors and even Darth Vader, showcasing his resilience and skill as a Jedi.
