One Elzar Mann design from one era
The Jedi Who Saw What Was Coming
Raised in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, Elzar Mann grew up alongside Avar Kriss and Stellan Gios — three younglings who would each carve their own path through the High Republic. Where his peers advanced steadily, Elzar moved differently: drawn to unorthodox applications of the Force that set him apart from the outset, earning him the nickname 'laserman' on the Galactic Frontier.
His promotion to Jedi Master came through the chaos of the Great Hyperspace Disaster — hard-won, later than his peers, but earned. Then, at the dedication of Starlight Beacon, something shifted. A Force vision struck him: distressing, unasked-for, and impossible to dismiss. He pulled away from Avar Kriss and the friendships that had anchored him, carrying what he had seen alone.
Assigned as Jedi marshal of Valo during the Republic Fair, Mann watched his vision become reality — the Nihil's attack unfolded exactly as he had foreseen it, and no forewarning could prevent the devastation. The design on this page draws from that arc in Star Wars: The High Republic: a Knight who waited, a Master who saw too much, a blue blade that endured.
A vision he couldn't explain, a war he couldn't stop — and a blue blade that stood firm regardless.
