Before the fall, he was a Jedi Knight — and before that, one of the silent, masked guardians who stood watch over the Jedi Temple itself. During the Clone Wars, he played a key role in the investigation into the Temple hangar bombing, arresting Ahsoka Tano on suspicion and later bringing the true culprit, Barriss Offee, to justice. A student of the Jedi Archives, he knew the fighting styles of nearly every Knight in the Order.
Chosen personally by Emperor Sidious after the fall of the Jedi Order, he was remade — not as a Knight, but as a weapon. As Grand Inquisitor, he stood at the head of the Inquisitorius, answerable only to Darth Vader, and tasked with hunting down every Jedi who had survived the Purge.
He hunted across the galaxy — Stygeon Prime, Fort Anaxes, Mustafar — pressing Kanan Jarrus and Ezra Bridger at every turn, until Kanan bested him in a duel that left him nowhere to go. He chose to fall rather than face Vader's judgement. The design on this page belongs to the Reign of the Empire era.
