Raised within the Jedi Order, Marrok was trained as a guardian of peace — then Order 66 rewrote every Jedi's future in a single night. He was one of the survivors who did not escape the Empire's reach but instead stepped into its service, joining the Inquisitorius as the First Brother, tasked with running down those who had.
When the Empire fell, the First Brother's commission fell with it. Rather than disappear into obscurity, Marrok surfaced in the employ of the Nightsister Morgan Elsbeth, working alongside Baylan Skoll and Shin Hati as a Force-sensitive mercenary — a hunter who had once served an empire now selling that same skill to whoever held the contract.
Elsbeth's mission ended on Seatos — and so did Marrok. Ahsoka Tano's blade cut short a path that had already bent twice: from Jedi to Inquisitor, from Inquisitor to mercenary. The one design on this page is drawn from Ahsoka, that final chapter.
The Force gave Marrok a path — he simply chose to walk a different one each time it forked.
