The Story

The Ezra Bridger 3rd Lightsaber - Proffie 2.2 is a high-performance combat saber inspired by the weapon wielded by the legendary Jedi padawan and rebele in Star Wars: Ahsoka, Ezra Bridger.

Featuring a sleek silver hilt with black grip accents and a bronze control panel, this design combines elegance with functionality. The emitter boasts a flared shield, offering a distinctive aesthetic that enhances the saber’s defensive and offensive versatility. Crafted from high-quality aluminium, the hilt ensures durability while maintaining a comfortable grip for duelling or display.

The Proffie 2.2 electronics are made for real lightsaber enthusiasts to experience the possibility of customising everything, starting from sound fonts and ending with ignitions and blade colours! Equipped with the Proffie 2.2 core, this lightsaber offers a customisable Neopixel blade, capable of displaying a full spectrum of colours. With 25 pre-installed sound fonts, including legendary Jedi and Sith effects, the immersive experience is heightened by smooth swing motion detection, flash-on-clash effects, and gesture-based ignition controls. The saber runs on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery.

Read the lightsaber guides
Start with what you are going to do with it. If it is going to be fought with, look at baselit — the blade is a plain tube lit from the base, so there is less inside it to break, and nearly every baselit hilt here is rated for heavy duelling. If you want the blade to behave the way it does on screen, look at neopixel: a lit strip runs its whole length, so it ignites from the hilt up and flares where it is struck. That strip is also why neopixel hilts are rated for lighter contact. Proffie is neopixel with the software opened up, for anyone who would rather write their own effects than choose from a menu.
