Delivery

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in the world, and tracked all the way to your door.

How long it takes

• Sabers: usually 10–14 days.
• Helmets: usually 14–21 days.
• An order with both arrives with the slower item. Each product page and the checkout show the delivery window for what you are buying.

Where it ships from

Most orders ship direct from the factory that makes them. Some ship from our US warehouse. If your order comes in more than one parcel, checkout tells you so and you get tracking for each.

Tracking

We email your tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it from your account.

Customs and duties

We ship every order with duties pre-paid wherever we can, so there is nothing to pay at the door. Where a country’s rules do not allow that, import duties or taxes may be charged on arrival. These are set by your country, not by us, and are yours to pay.

If it has not arrived

If your order is past the delivery window shown on it, email shopping@artsabers.com with your order number. We will chase it with the courier, and resend or refund if it is lost.
